Extended Critters First they gave me a room that was already occupied. Then the next room I was given was full of roaches. Everywhere I turned it was roaches coming out of nowhere.

Terribly disappointing. I booked and prepaid a room for some out of town clients who had an early meeting across the street. I spoke with the front desk and filled out a credit card authorization form to cover the room deposit and any incidental expenses, as I knew my clients did not have a credit card. I received an email confirmation my authorization was received. It was close the the hospital we had an appointment at but the rooms were dirty and the breakfast was a granola bar and a muffin.

When we checked in it was late at night after being at the hospital nearby with a family member. The front desk check in clerk was friendly and helpful. We found our room, and upon opening the door visually the room looked clean and appealing. The most disappointing point of the room was that the room smelled badly of smoke, it was supposed to be a non smoking room, and there was some mold in the shower.
