Very unhappy with my stay based on checking out and received a daily dog charge even though I paid $100.00 deposit. The issue was the charge was not on the application I booked it on plus was never told at check in that there would an an additional charge beyond the deposit. Double check the fine print on the app which did not have the charge but was told “sorry”. One bad brand experience plus one that effects you financial drives me to a competitive hotel.

The room was clean just stuff wasn't working properly are broken

Rooms are not maintained,roaches at night, not a good place to stay won’t recommend

The front desk person was extremely nice, which was the only good thing. Room was GROSS, sheets had human hair on them, bathroom was filthy, no ice on premises. We checked out and demanded a refund...

We were told on top of the room fee, we had to put up a $100 deposit.we were not told about, then it will be up to 5 days before the deposit is put back on my account.

There was hair in the tub and in the bed when I pulled down the sheets. The floors were sticky and the towels were stained and not white anymore.

The bedsheets where dirty the blanket wasnt changed the guy who was cleaning snapped at me

Was unable to accommodate me . They had no rooms with double beds available on the first floor. My mother is in a wheelchair and the have no elevator.
