Internet was down and could not check in. Not blaming anyone, just disappointed. It would have been easy access to hospital.

my room was too close to the feeder road/walls were too thin/heard cars all night long/got very little sleep.

This morning I was checking out around 430 am and I came down with The key. The lady who answered the phone didn't come to the door told me to leave the key outside and I have to wait in the ccold for my Lyft. I was very disappointed.

When I arrived, it took a long time, and many times ringing the doorbell, for someone to come to the front and unlock the lobby door so I could check in. The room was fine, but the bed was very uncomfortable, like a fold out couch bed. The pillows were so thin it felt almost like I wasn’t using any.
