Hell Everything This place was hell. There was a Henny bottle in the parking lot, smelt like weed/ cigarettes. Broken glass in the parking lot. Roaches in the room. Shady from desk guy. Refusal to give a refund. Lol do not book this place

HORRIBLE!!! Se asigno una habitacion que no servia la calefaccion, estaba llena de cucarachas, un olor a viejo, la cocina sucia, solo se devolvio el deposito de una habitacion( se usaron dos). No tenian toallas ni papel hivienico, se tuvo que comprar en supermercado. El que la habitaciin tenia cocina y refrigeradora. Eñ.servicio de Diego Orlando Vera, genial, servicial, dispuesto a ayudar, lonunico rescatable.

Cockroaches, cigarettes, terrible. We have received a room full of cockroaches and cigarettes. When we decided to not stay there, the hotel staff was kind enough and accepted our annulment of contract, however now they continue on blocking our money and booking hasn't helped much yet.
