Cockroaches, cigarettes, terrible. We have received a room full of cockroaches and cigarettes. When we decided to not stay there, the hotel staff was kind enough and accepted our annulment of contract, however now they continue on blocking our money and booking hasn't helped much yet.

Terrible I requested a handicap accessible room because my mother is disabled ahead of time and when I arrived to check in they told me there was no handicap disabled rooms available. The room they gave us was terrible. Carpet stains everywhere, it had an awful smell in the room. I didn't like it.

Would not recommend The sheets had yellow stains on it, and found a needle in the bathroom on top of the light Customer service was wonderful

Bad It was roaches in the room. I stayed two nights and saw at least four roaches. I asked for fresh towels my 2nd day there and was told to wash what I have they only give towels twice a week. The only lady was kind was the night lady wish I would've got her name she gave us fresh towels...oh and the elevator is a little sketchy.

Bad Was not told that would be kuxked out for smoking stil have not recieved refund for early cbeck out. ROOM WAS ROACH INFESTED.
