Uncomfortable and the staff was unprofessional Roach infestation. I had to sleep with the lights on to keep them at bay. I was killing 10-20 of them every morning when I would wake up. Even the parking lot had them. Location. Short commute for work

Poor
Not a great time Broken tv (volume wouldnt go down easily and pressing down only made it go up) and no tv remote. My husband started attempting to get " breakfast " starting at 6 and never saw anything put out, staff rudely said first come first serve but he had been trying all morning and didnt see anything at all put out, elevator sketchy about wanting to open, super slow and did not have a last serviced date anywhere. Was not told ahead of time there was a $100 deposit until checking in Beds were decent

The general manager was extremely rude, night auditor had trouble. No service. Many people waiting. She wanted over 300. Homeless people everywhere Easy access
Disappointing
To sum it up, it got the job done but overall would not recommend. The TV in the rooms are small, carpet in the room are dirty with stains, countertop in bathroom is stained and peeling, bottom of the tub was peeling, and refrigerator is marked up. Also during sleeping hours it’s very noisy, from doors closing from other guest. It was close to the interstate and right next to a gas station.

Disappointing
Extremely worn out dated hotel that is dirty, and is obviously ran by owners who have given up. All the furniture is so worn out, it smells like weed and room cleaner 24/7. The carpet is worn out, and everything is so dated. There were people up and down the halls all night being loud, yelling for their pets to "get back here", and the walls are thin. The Breakfast was coffee and Oatmeal Packets..Seriously
