Fair I didn't like the fact that when I arrived, the lady at the counter told me that there was a $100 deposit on the room, and when I returned to actually check in, there was another guy at the counter and he told me the deposit was $50. They kind of threw me for a loop. Another thing I didn't like was the mold on the ceiling in the restroom over the shower. That was really nasty. Other than that our stay was ok

Worse experience I’ve ever had. Drug trafficking and prosecutions I don’t like anything about the place

My stay was ok for the most part. However the attitude of Kathleen, the elderly woman at the Allan’s Greenville location A woman who was working the day of my departure, Tuesday morning, was not friendly at all. Her name I believe was Kathleen. I missed my flight and had to spend more money for another flight. She,in my estimation needs to have training in customer service and satisfaction. An ugly attitude will hurt the business there. The property area was decent. The gentleman who is the manager in Dallas was pleasant.

Disappointing Room had fleas or something and we got bit up. The bathtub was not cleaned up

Keisha she got a real smart mouth and disrespectful in a bad attitude that make you snatch her soul They have roaches real bad There's nothing that I liked about the hotel except for the location

Poor 1. The elevator is small and slow. 2. The room did not have enough shampoo and conditioner for our family stay. 3. Hotel location is inconvenient as we always had to u-turn to get to the hotel. My room has a big fridge with a separate freezer.
