Poor There was no breakfast and the internet was faulty and their was no mention of a deposit The room was comfortable

The place was terrible and staff was not friendly never even apologized which tells me they knew the place is roach infe The property was cockroach infested. There was roaches crawling in the hallway walls. There was roaches on the bedroom and restroom. There was a strong smell that was giving me a headache and making me nauseous. I believe they had just fumigated for roaches and that was the smell I was smelling. The property was close to downtown.

I wish I knew then, what I know now Well it was very disappointing when I saw ROACHES in my room..First off I'm a woman and I'm scared of all bugs especially ROACHES! I LITERALLY WENT TO Dollar General and bought Raid so that I was comfortable in my room. Also my bed was crap It literally felt like I was sleeping on boards...I should have known something was up because I booked 6 days for such a cheap price. also I took the stairs literally every day, the elevator either didn't work or it felt like you were going to get trap... read more

I will not be using this reservation ap again. This is the second time we used it, both times were b Everything! And they charged me an extra $50 for a 'deposit' and it has yet to be refunded. There was no breakfast!

Disappointed with management and the lack of cleanliness The shift supervisor was rude and extremely unprofessional when addressing us before checking and listening to the mistake she made concerning our reservation and check out date and didn’t explain her mistake another staff explained it later in the evening when ask Location was cool except construction along it difficult to get there

Pretty bad The carpet was gross, and it was infested with cockroach's. It advertised free breakfast but it didn't actually any free breakfast. The lady that worked there was very nice.

Catastrophique Malgré une réservation en bonne et due forme, le personnel de l'accueil nous annonce qu'il n'y a plus de chambre disponible, en prétextant le principe du "1er arrivé, 1er servi"! Après un coup de gueule et une bonne dose de stress, il finit par nous donner une chambre...sale, avec des schewing-gum collés au plafond. A éviter!!!
