Anyone thinking to book this place - please don’t do. Your deposit might be taken! Crazy place It is unsafe, dirty, full of cockroaches It is a terrible place - don’t recommend

Very Poor Roaches on the bed had to check out before my last night paid Roaches were everywhere in the room

Bad Roach everywhere

Will not return. They had no breakfast. They gave mini-muffins and oatmeal packets. They made Coffee one pot at a time so we were always waiting. There was no breakfast area. Room was not ready when we got there. Room and building were clean but very dated. Staff was nice. Room was not ready when we got there, but because we verified the room with the manager in the morning, she was able to get us one.

It was not the worst but the facilities could use some improvement. Find a bathroom door that fits! Bathroom door was wrong size for the frame and would not close at all! It would nice to have more than one office chair. Nice to have a fridge and freezer and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Floors were nicely done.

Fair There was no one at the desk when we came and we waited quite awhile. Our room had no chair; they eventually brought one. We didn't have enough towels/washcloths for the number of people in our group; but we're told that towels were only given out on Mondays/Fridays. The doors slammed loudly early and late. We asked for kitchen supplies; but they were completely out of coffee makers, etc. The facility was full; but they should have added staff. They couldn't keep up with breakfast. Never again. The cleanliness was horrible. Check in time was 3 o’clock our room wasn’t ready until 6pm even though they send me a text message saying it will be ready by 1:30pm. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Hair in the bathtub, on top of the bathtub and on the sink. The room smelled horrible. The value.

Disappointing The room had a strong dog smell in some parts. There are no kitchen tools you need to look for in the lobby. Good quality -price relationship

Just ok They don’t list that they charge for pets There was no breakfast
