Fair There was no one at the desk when we came and we waited quite awhile. Our room had no chair; they eventually brought one. We didn't have enough towels/washcloths for the number of people in our group; but we're told that towels were only given out on Mondays/Fridays. The doors slammed loudly early and late. Never again. The cleanliness was horrible. Check in time was 3 o’clock our room wasn’t ready until 6pm even though they send me a text message saying it will be ready by 1:30pm. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Hair in the bathtub, on top of the bathtub and on the sink. The room smelled horrible. The value.

Disappointing The room had a strong dog smell in some parts. There are no kitchen tools you need to look for in the lobby. Good quality -price relationship

Poor The place looked like it is bad area. It smelled like cigarettes in whole building. The hotel wasn't too expensive. Not too far from airport.

Bad . If you're black urban person they will never give you room on the 1st floor.. Off and on I've been staying there since 2016... It's a buddy, buddy system instead of a staff.. I seen them turn the blind eye to certain things... It get confusing on who's the manager because regular staff members make staff decisions...
