Dirty sheets, dirty pillow cases, used / wet toilet paper, hair in the tub and on the toilet seat, huge cockroaches

Arrived at 11:30 pm, not realizing the front office closes at 11. The front desk person had stayed late and was expecting me. She checked me in and assigned me to a room. I got to the room and opened the door only partially, as there were mattresses blocking entry into the room. I returned to the front office and was told by the security officer that the desk person had left in her car. No one was answering the phone at the national office or at the phone number posted at the door. I had to sleep in my car that night. Never ... read more

You never see the the stuff whenever you look for

If you plan on staying you won’t be able to get there after 11pm as no one can receive you. Still trying to get my money back. the credits I earned where used to stay here and are lost. Hope this helps lost time and money.

I want a full refund. They gave my room away even though we paid and gave us a single room under the table for the night despite the fact we were two people. The room smelled heinous and ther were dead roaches on the floor. We decided to leave within a few minutes and booked another hotel. Worst stay experience ever, please get me in touch with someone who can get me a refund.

Avoid at all costs Property and clientele are both major issues. The rats competed with the roaches and the. “Deals” being done in the walkways and parking lot did not stop all night.
