The room were very dirty, had a bad smell, flees all around, leakage in the bathroom. Overall worst hotel to stay for the price. Very disappointed by expedia aswell as they should check hotels before adding to there app portfolio

Can't make this up We checked in and went to our room. Opened the door to find that the room had not been cleaned. Called the front desk and explained what we found. No problem come back to the front desk and we'll give you another room. It took me less than 2 minutes to get back to the front desk only to find that no one was there. A sign on the counter said that they were helping another guest. I waited between 10 to 15 minutes and no one showed up. Frustrated I left the keys on the counter and left.

The place is located in a nice area, in fact, the property looks very well maintained outside. However, upon opening our room it had a strong smell of smoke, the bed was highly filthy with bodily fluid stains, human hair, and other nasty stuff that we couldn't figure out what it was. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, she apologized for the room's condition and placed us in a different one. This was a nightmare of a stay. Staff was disorganized and spaced-out, room smelled of marijuana, shower pipe was broken, tub was clogged, stains on counter tops, people camped outside the parking lot at night, broken locks in doors.....beware. Management will deny your complaints and not fix issues.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT When I showed up at 11:30 after I booked at 11pm the doors were locked and my Uber had drove off . Finally a lady came and told me they were sold out and I kept telling her no I already paid for this room and she argued with me for about 10 mins about how they didn’t have a room. Since I was arriving past the check in time at midnight, I spoke to 2 different people to confirm I would be checking in late. Arrived, nobody was there and was told they could not check us in and to get a refund
