I booked a room late at night because my flight was delayed and needed to stay over night. When I arrived, no one was at the door and no one would answer the phone. They took my money and couldn’t provide a room.

Tina at the front desk was wonderful. However, when we reached our room we smelt cigarette smoke upon entering. Then we checked the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the floor and another on the table in the kitchen. They were both alive and moving around. Neither my coworker nor I were comfortable staying there after that. We were offered a different room but opted not to. Thankfully, I did recieve a full refund so that was a relief. Old, dirty, felt unsafe The place is old, dirty, loud, smelled, and feels insafe. I booked 3 nights, only stayed one night since it was so bad and was refused a refund. Never again.

The room were very dirty, had a bad smell, flees all around, leakage in the bathroom. Overall worst hotel to stay for the price. Very disappointed by expedia aswell as they should check hotels before adding to there app portfolio
