No one was present to even give us a room—horrible No one was at the hotel front desk to give us a room. My family was trying to get a few hours of sleep after having multiple flights cancelled by American Airlines at DFW. We booked this room and paid for it, paid for an Uber, and when we arrived at the hotel, we called, shouted, and even went behind the desk to find someone who could help us. No one responded. It was just one more part of a hellish day on the way to my mother's funeral. I DEMAND a refund on this booking.

We never received the room that we booked even though they continued to advertise that room online after we booked it and couldn't get it. We booked a queen double and was given a queen supposedly with a let out couch. There was NO sofa bed only a recliner so my kids had to sleep on the floor!!!!!

The $100 deposit is ridiculous and the rooms have not even a cup. Nothing yet a kitchen exists. Very disappointed.
