I chose this hotel because they mention early check available on request... so i tried to get through and couldnt, so i went there shortly before 12 follow up. I reserved a suite with king size, and was carrying half of my life around with me and needed really just somewhere was for it to to be safe

Not Recommend hotel room Disappoinment If I could rate this place I definitely give 0 review we reserved King size bedroom upfront and on day since hotel is overbooked we got 2 Queen beds it’s really disappointing on next day we requested for switch room to king size available there is nothing available and moreover room we got is not good shower is not working properly and restroom door is not working to lock/unlock door we complained to front desk requesting maintenance service immediately on day 1 we didn’t get any respon... read more

Terrible customer service. Gave me a room and walked into it and it wasn’t cleaned from the last guests

Stayed at this location over Thanksgiving weekend. Originally put in a room that had trash in the middle of the floor walking into the room. The lock on the door looked as if it had been kicked in. Called and complained to the person working the front desk who acted as if she didnt care. She left another room key to switch rooms out on the desk in the office and was nowhere to be found. No one was present to even give us a room—horrible No one was at the hotel front desk to give us a room. My family was trying to get a few hours of sleep after having multiple flights cancelled by American Airlines at DFW. We booked this room and paid for it, paid for an Uber, and when we arrived at the hotel, we called, shouted, and even went behind the desk to find someone who could help us. No one responded. It was just one more part of a hellish day on the way to my mother's funeral. I DEMAND a refund on this booking.
