Staff was professional. However, room was filthy and smelled dirty. Sheets had holes. Carpet was stained and dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work correctly. Room was very small. Windows were dirty. Property was unkempt. Good neighborhood.

Terrible The bed wasn't comfortable hard like a rock. Pillows filled with leaves and the bed has dog hair. No housekeeping for three days. Refrigerator was so loud you can't even sleep and it leaks and it's like it's raining inside

There is a blonde receptionist with a nose ring that was very rude, inconsiderate and aggressively confrontational. On our last day there my mate was taking a last min shower and she came in the room with out consent to tell us to get our stuff and leave. It was at 12:45pm and I had just gotten back from speaking to the leasing office about my extended time I had to pay. It gave me until 1:00pm to leave. Not coming back.

Dirty, exceedingly poor service. There are no elevators!! That’s really something which ought to be mentioned on the Hotels.com listing, don’t you think?? The place basically looks like a converted apartment complex. Room was dirty. Had to request dinner plates & utensils and was warned that if I left them in the room vs. turning them in to the front desk upon my departure that I would be charged an extra fee. I won’t be staying in this location EVER AGAIN.

Property was convenient. I did not realize that the doors to the rooms were on the outside, not in a hall way. Although lighting was good, I felt a little exposed. No kleenex or paper cups in the room; facility was in sore need of major updating -- and I am not being picky. Continental breakfast was coffee (good) and a prepackaged muffin.

If your staying 2 nights you do not receive Housekeeping service, they require a $100 deposit cleaning deposit upon check-in, the light in the kitchen was burned out and no employees on duty after 11 pm. The location of the facility is great.

No service and no cleaning! No hot water for hours and Wi-Fi is terrible, it was interrupted so many times! I left the day before and I had to check out earlier due to terrible conditions

The rooms have mold and smells smoke not very friendly staff either with families and kids not a place to be !
