The check in clerk was asleep in the back office and left us waiting in front for 30 minutes while we kept yelling “hello” to see if anyone would come out. When she finally did, she was upset cause we had woken her up and not helpful at all!! Very unprofessional

Three whole experience was unpleasant, as i arrived it took the staff 20 mins to come to the desk, she was outside, no sign saying out on property be back, the office was opened, she finally came, I checked in early and was charged $28, the room smelt horrible and it was a bit warm so i turned the ac down, I left to go to thr airport came back, the room smelt like someone smoked even though it was non smoking room, nevertheless i made the best of it, I woke up around 1am the AC stopped working so i slept with no cover, the n... read more

This was the worst extended stay that I ever stayed. They don't have good staff. The house keeping is only once a week. When I entered the room there was nothingin the room. No toiletries. Very dirty and disappointed.

House keeping was once a week and even that they would miss a day or two.

The lady that checked us in Friday night was horrible. They have a 100.00 cash deposit policy that you can only find out about when you get to the location, she would not help us even though we already paid for the room. It was late and we had to take our family back out to the city to get the cash, next time we will go with the Hilton right next door or some of the other nicer properties in that area.
