Stended smoking stay Staff in this location don't know how to do business,after I paid for my booking. They still charging a different amount , so they have to call hotels.com to adjust price, rooms even there's no smoking they still smell,, got my clothes with funny smell, in my opinion if they said gonna charge a fee to whoever smoke they need to do,,, PERIOD NO SMOKING

Ugly hotel. Rooms have a lot of imperfections. I changed rooms three times and none was decent. I will never recommend this 1 star hotel.

The property was decent upon walking in, but the rooms were so outdated and only cleaned where people could easily see. I was stretching before bed and as I bent over the amount of filth underneath the furniture and bed was completely disgusting. The toilet also barely flushed and had to be held down for about 5-6 seconds to fully flush. And even then sometimes it wouldn’t flush the first or second time. No checkin available for 15 mins on arrival. Front desk was rude. Drug deal going on out front. Sprinkler broken shooting a 10 ft stream of water up over the entrance. Dirty room. Generally poorly taken care of property.

Disgusting, dirty, bug infested thieves! Front desl staff was unprofessional. Pool was out of service. No Breakfast. Non working shower. Ants all in the room. Filthy sticky floors. Holes in sheets. It was 110°outside and AC would not get the room cool. Dirty refrigerator and stove. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! We slept in our clothes and left as soon as the sun rose. Reported issues to front desk & Hotels.com. Neither has followed up. Our stay was 7/17, it is now 8/3 & our incidentals deposit has still not been refunded despite calls ... read more

Horrblie management staff very rude. Called corporate office never heard from them, still waiting béen 3 weeks

Had to go to 4 different rooms before finally just leaving the hotel around 11:30pm... Room 1- light fixture and tools in the middle of the floor Room 2- the toilet had CRAP in it and stuck very bad! Room 3- NO toilet handle on the toilet Room 4- hair and dirt in bottom of shower AND hair in the bed. This is when we decided to just go ahead and leave the hotel and find something else! Worst experience in a hotel me and my family ever had!

Management at this location is very rude and disrespectful.

Very Disappointed Falsely advertised as updated; rooms filthy and carpet old and smelly. Very disappointed for that area of town.
