Size and Space but sparse and no-frills I have to stay somewhere affordable with my dogs because our rental home was poorly maintained and had a flood so I can’t spend much money. The size of the 2 rooms are very large but the amenities in the rooms are non existent; you have to bring paper products if you plan on having any meals in your room for example.

I had to reactive keys everyday. When you go to room and all the way come back noticing it’s not working. Bed was not comfortable at all. No good Breakfast and coffee is always cold.

Extended Stay - Plano I should have checked that the property does only ONCE A WEEK room cleaning. You have to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper refills, and take used towels down to get new towels. No shampoo or hair conditioner amenities. Just walking from the lobby to the room.... floor has spilled and large trash sitting on the floor. Property advertises kitchen facilities, but no pots, pan, dishes, utensils, etc. You pay for what you get. Next time I will stay at a Hilton or Sheraton.

Will not stay again The first room we had smelled like smoke and they were nice enough to give us another room. However, the new room only had a full size bed instead of a queen. The bathroom and kitchenette were dated but clean, except for the floors being sticky. However, the corridors were filthy with debris that had blown in and was not cleaned up in the 3 days we were there. Dirty Stay not extended Front desk was polite and prompt but upon arriving at the room found the door open. After entering to inspect the room was dirty and smelled foul. Didn't even want to sit on the couch or touch anything. Very disgusting room. Definitely a do not rent property. Ended up checking out in 20 minutes.

OK, but needs new cleaning staff Rooms weren't filthy, but definitely not clean. Linens were clean, but some need to be replaced since the towels weren't bright white anymore and the shower curtain was older as well.

Horrible The room smelled like burnt cooking oil. The floor had stickers and confetti all over it obviously hadn't been swept. The refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen floor. No place to park. Had to wait 30 minutes past check in because our room wasn't ready yet. No ice machine and there was no way I was making ice in the dirty freezer in the room.
