It was alright for the price kind of what you expect but once our three year old son almost fell on a hypodermic needle getting into my truck we left

Not satisfied with stay Not so good the check in was poor The rooms don’t get cleaned daily And no breakfast

Would like to have customer service call me back not happy being my four-year-old stayed there very dirty going down the halls in the elevators in the entryway they did even shovel the snow off the sidewalk so there was snow and ice so you had to be careful so you didn't fall the only clear the entryway not the sidewalks around the hotel no coffee pots in the room no cups no bowls to get ice no hot breakfast like I was told no bottles of water are condiment complimentary caught coffee terrible will not stay ever again

D—- I got to the hotel late 12:15 check in. It took over an hour to check me in. They were sold out of the room I booked no big deal. The girl was nice but needs to be trained on how to use the system she called people could not get me checked in for over an hour. After a long day of traveling I just wanted a room. Nothing unique really. Very dirty, smell like cigarette everywhere floors dirty. The housekeeper never came to clean in three days. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The hotel is very dirty, right when you walk in all you can smell is cigarette smoke. We got to our room and there was no blankets or pillows, the beds are pure spring with no cushion. There was a huge hole in the wall. We had to sleep with the windows open just to try abf escape the smell. And there breakfast thats included is a muffin and coffee, which was all gone by the time we got there at 7 am. I would not recommend this place. If it hadnt been so late already we would have just left!

No heat , lock on the door broken, toilet plugged, 0nly bagles, no coffee,,no staff on hand to fix.

The heater in the room did not work, the top lock on the door was broken ,the toilet plugged up. And the breakfast consisted of one kind of bagle and no coffee at 7:30 in the morning, and no staff anywhere to be found
