I did not enjoy my stay, the best word to describe it was uncomfortable. For example there was a drip in the ceiling that you could hear all night. I went to the front desk, they just said sorry and come back later to tell the next person. That is just an example form my trip. I got no sleep

It looked ok at first but once we entered the front lobby I looked down on the floor and it seemed like they hadn’t vacuumed in years and once we got our room key we were walking down the halls and we saw more trash and a nasty bandaid on the floor. When we went into “our” room I opened the door and the room was occupied already. There was a dog in there. Good thing it was friendly. It smelled disgusting. We had an okay stay the room size was nice but the activities in the hotel make it not a great place for a family my 3 year old almost fell on a hypedermic needle in the parking lot behind my truck avoid if u want a safe family friendly place

It was alright for the price kind of what you expect but once our three year old son almost fell on a hypodermic needle getting into my truck we left

Not satisfied with stay Not so good the check in was poor The rooms don’t get cleaned daily And no breakfast

Would like to have customer service call me back not happy being my four-year-old stayed there very dirty going down the halls in the elevators in the entryway they did even shovel the snow off the sidewalk so there was snow and ice so you had to be careful so you didn't fall the only clear the entryway not the sidewalks around the hotel no coffee pots in the room no cups no bowls to get ice no hot breakfast like I was told no bottles of water are condiment complimentary caught coffee terrible will not stay ever again
