Dirty, room reeked of cigarette smoke. Toilet had poop on lid.

The set up was nice. I'm grateful I had clean bedding and clean towels. Since I was staying only one night. I dealt with it. The suite was well organized but definitely Not Clean. An annoying odor in the carpet area close to one side of the bed. The facility offered lots of amenities but the one amenity I requested, (coffee machine) they we're out of. The chairs used at the bar/table were covered in so kind of stains. Would have been a perfect rating if housekeeping was on point.

Not even worth the cheap price- FILTHY This place was so run down and dirty. The tub was moldy and peeling, the toilet paper roll was empty, there were old sunflower seeds and dead bugs in the window seal ( not sure if caused human or rodent), drawers filthy. If we weren’t desperate for sleep because of major airport delays from a huge storm and all other hotels were booked, I would have walked right out. The lobby was also dirty, especially the floors. The room was not prepared for our arrival. There were two towels for six people and two pillows for three beds. The staff had no more pillows to give us the first night and only two more for the second. My kids used towels and blankets for pillows. The whole hotel is non smoking but the hallways stank of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The staff was unhelpful and had no concept of customer service. Stay somewhere else Unclean room: sofa bed linens not clean, sofa upholstery unclean, cigarette smoke smell ; few amenities (no hangers, few towels) Bathroom door broken (looked like it had been kicked in during a fight), needed repair and paint, poor bathroom lighting, needs grab bar in shower Personnel dispute @ check-in desk. Personnel problems should not be on public display. Slow check in, room key not working Decent coffee, though

It was bad. The room only had 2 pillows and no blankets for the hide a bed. There were no cups to drink with. When asked the front counter didnt have anymore pillows to offer so my husband and one of our children and i had no pillows.

You have the property in a. Unkept fashion, the Travelocity picture made the place look nice. I booked the room there only because I neglected to book at the time of my business meetings, then the day before all of the decent places were booked in the entire Denver area. The windows were dirty and the room was filthy, I was walking barefoot on the wood floors in the kitchen then took a shower and I saw dirt rinsing off my feet. Next time I will rent a car and book a hotel perhaps 60 miles away and plan accordingly.

The shower leaked so badly there was a large puddle on the floor that propagated in front of the toilet the room was run down

From check in to in Room amenities terrible The pool is closed, the check in attendant was rude and tried to make me feel like they were doing us a favor. I inquired about the possibility of the two room being next to each other and she said, no, you’ll get one room on the third floor and one room on the second floor.
