It was bad. The room only had 2 pillows and no blankets for the hide a bed. There were no cups to drink with. When asked the front counter didnt have anymore pillows to offer so my husband and one of our children and i had no pillows.

You have the property in a. Unkept fashion, the Travelocity picture made the place look nice. I booked the room there only because I neglected to book at the time of my business meetings, then the day before all of the decent places were booked in the entire Denver area. The windows were dirty and the room was filthy, I was walking barefoot on the wood floors in the kitchen then took a shower and I saw dirt rinsing off my feet. Next time I will rent a car and book a hotel perhaps 60 miles away and plan accordingly.

The shower leaked so badly there was a large puddle on the floor that propagated in front of the toilet the room was run down

From check in to in Room amenities terrible The pool is closed, the check in attendant was rude and tried to make me feel like they were doing us a favor. I inquired about the possibility of the two room being next to each other and she said, no, you’ll get one room on the third floor and one room on the second floor.

Poor Room was not nice or comfortable. Staff was rude. The building itself needs a lot of work and looks as though they’ve just let it go. Never staying here again.

Really bad experience. Other than the front desk person, our experience was terrible. Very dirty room, feces still in the toilet, a dirty towel left in the bathroom, no clean towels, sketchy people hanging outside around property, pretty sure a person was about to pick up a prostitute right by my car, the room still smelled of bad cologne. I had to get an immediate refund.

The place was filthy, dirty sheet on the bed, stained carpet and upholstery on the chair, looked as though it hadn't been cleanwd in weeks.
