Absolutely disgusting. Constant flow of drug addict types hanging around the parking lot.. We couldn't even get extra towels unless we carried our old ones to the front desk. Room stunk like stale cigarrettes. Paid way too much.

Not the safest or cleanest of places Not all the lights worked. It's quite obvious Housekeeping does not clean under the beds, as there was a TON of trash under the bed upon check-in. Gross! And the door did not have a privacy/security lock on it to close over the door after you locked the main lock!

I planned on staying 10 days, left after seven. The room was filthy, and the sheets, towels and bedding were never changed. The room was not touched throughout my entire stay. The bed was never made, I received one bar of soap, there were no hangers to hang shirts, the microwave turntable was missing, etc etc. surprisingly the tub/shower appeared to be clean!

Needs major cleaning. AC smelled nasty. No tv in bedroom,only in suite portion

Our first room was not a queen size bed, which is what I paid for. It was a smaller bed. The lights didn't work. It wasn't very clean. We called the front desk and asked for a room with a queen size bed. She ended up giving us a room with a king size bed. It was gross!!! The carpet was wet and stained and the room was dirty also. I will never go back there. The table where the breakfast was, was dirty. Don't advertise it as a breakfast. It wasn't.

I have never been to a hotel where you have no housekeeping while your there fir a week. Also have to take out own garbage. The breakfast i was not able to eat as thete were only granola bars and muffins. I am diabetuc and cant eat those things. Hotel does not take those things into cinsiderations. I chose this hotel sunce they stated breakfast, pool the pool was durty wuth algae all over the bottom and steps. Not a nice place you have to exchange your own towels - carry dirty towels down to the front desk - no shampoo provided - you can ask then go get at front desk - no maid service

Honestly, this was the filthiest place ever. I don’t do reviews but for the amount of money charged per night, I had to give my opinion. I couldn’t walk down the hall without gagging. They should be embarrassed for stealing people’s money.

Elevator was down for entire three day stay. My daughter had recently had knee surgery and our room was on 3rd floor. After complaints, manager avoided dealing with me and nobody offered me a room change or discount. There were no refunds for me to move to another hotel.
