Fraud I did not stay there and my credit card is charged.

The staff was rude and continuosly on their personal phones. When i checked in, i was given 3 different rooms due to my first room being occupied, my second was not what i paid for and the third was gross amd had bugs.

i went to check in and she was already mad and over welmed by herself, she said they were over booked and I can not get into a room went to my truck got my conformation number then she said okay I have a room for you, still grumpy took 45 mins to check in. dirty people in and out of the door for the hour like bum looking no pun intended I felt kind of scared to stay there but I already paid for it, made it up stairs to my room people were shouting and being very loud all night I got maybe 2 hours of sleep out of about 10 hou... read more

TERRIBLE!!! Yuck! Absolutely disgusting! Stuff all over the walls and headboards. Stained sheets, broken door, broken table and broken light. Checked in and checked right out. Manager refunded us immediately. Other guests were asking for a refund as well. Manager was nice about it but seemed unphased by the condition of the rooms....like they’ve heard it a LOT recently

Poor customer service. Had a room with sofa sleeper and requested linens, told “ we don’t have pillows or blankets “ — no ice machine either.

it took the person more than 1 hour to assign me room, did not have breakfast the internet is of poor quality is a great hotel in size but its service bad bad bad
