Ashamed to say I stayed there The dirtiest most disgusting room/hotel I had ever stayed at ... I have stayed here before but by far the worsrt most grossest place ever

Clerk at front desk when we arrived was not service oriented. We arrived at 9:30. There were 6 of us. We were exhausted and she told us that she couldn't get bedding for the sofa bed until 11:00pm when the maid arrived. I've NEVER been told that at any hotel before! We went out and got our own bedding! The clientele was SO scary. Lots of loitering in the halls and outside. Even though the hotel claims to be smoke free the halls reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana.

Dissatisfied It was horrible!!!!! The staff was so rude!!! It was so dirty in my room when we first checked in dead ants and flies . Pee on the bathroom floor😷 and let's keep in mind I have two babies ages one and two with me.. And when I asked for some to clean the room they never came. So guess what I cleaned it my self 😷 😓
