D—- I got to the hotel late 12:15 check in. It took over an hour to check me in. They were sold out of the room I booked no big deal. The girl was nice but needs to be trained on how to use the system she called people could not get me checked in for over an hour. After a long day of traveling I just wanted a room. Then got into the upgraded room hair in the tub towels were used and the trash was full it was like they only cleaned half the room and forgot to finish I was so tired I checked the bed sheets looked cleaned I jus... read more

Nothing unique really. Very dirty, smell like cigarette everywhere floors dirty. The housekeeper never came to clean in three days. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The hotel is very dirty, right when you walk in all you can smell is cigarette smoke. We got to our room and there was no blankets or pillows, the beds are pure spring with no cushion. There was a huge hole in the wall. We had to sleep with the windows open just to try abf escape the smell. And there breakfast thats included is a muffin and coffee, which was all gone by the time we got there at 7 am. I would not recommend this place. If it hadnt been so late already we would have just left!

No heat , lock on the door broken, toilet plugged, 0nly bagles, no coffee,,no staff on hand to fix.

The heater in the room did not work, the top lock on the door was broken ,the toilet plugged up. And the breakfast consisted of one kind of bagle and no coffee at 7:30 in the morning, and no staff anywhere to be found

The night manger was acceptable. She was very polite during the first stay. The second stay we booked a queen room and the first bed was not made and had great stain on the sheets. The second room was clean but did not have a working climate control and the 3rd room had one double bed instead of a queen. We are two larger people can can not sleep on a double. I ended up getting a refund through Orbitz.
