Took over 2 hrs to check in, and give me unclean room and change another room which is stuff in, worst ever experience

Most everything was broken or damaged Sketchy area with people living full time on the property because it's so big. Cigarette burns all over the room, the bath tub had damage, the shelf ib the closet was broke and unusable. The extra security lock bar thing was broken off the door. And of course as usual at Extended Stay the cable was grainy and very bad detection. Oh!! Room was dirty, heating/cooling unit was broken, pillows & pillowcases were stained badly, sheets were on inside out, no housekeeping if you stay under 8 days, only one vending machine on the property that dispenses only soda.

Stay away, even a Super 8 is better My stay was impromptu due to bad weather canceling my flight. I chose it due to proximity of DÍA and price. I figured it would be better than a super 8 or motel 6 but I was wrong. The card reader at check in was not working right away, so it took a little longer to check in. Well there was pretzels just laying on top of the refrigerator did that sometimes peeling I mean I'm taking a shower in the paint is falling at my feet bathroom sink had no stopper I mean blind so late I would have turned around and slept in my car and then more comfortable very disappointed

Bad experience stay for over a month and this hotel did not want to give me my Tax dollars back nor work with me

Nothing is unique about this property. I would never want to stay at this property anymore. I have stayed at extended stays and thinks one by far is the worse! Staff and rooms

In our room there was a bottle of urine mext to the bed when we checked in.....not to mention the bag of dope on the bed. Staff didnt evem offer a room change however the manager gave a full refund the followimg day
