비추 불결한 청소, 노후된 시설, 절대 비추 입니다

Terrible!!! No costumer service to speak off and facilities were not well maintained. Anything beyond the lobby was filthy. Elevators not working, had to use stairs. Stairs were extremely filthy and smelled like urine. Halls were very much the same, room was barely clean enough to stay in. Seats were stained with who knows what. No shampoo provided. Towels were not well laundered. AC not working well, controls did not work. Needs to be updated and maintained much better. Will never stay at one of these hotels again unless ... read more

Seems it's a non-smoking hotel but all the rooms smell like smoke and throughout the halls. Property is used to house low income families that have bad habits and maintenance is not kept up. Also, pets are allowed and many families do not maintain their animals accordingly which in result smells. Staff does a great job to help manage as much as they can and provide great service to help accommodate.

Upon arrival the outside pool was very dirty. Before I got into the building my rental car was hit with a rock by a bunch of unsupervised young adults. I walked into the "motel" and met a weird smell at the door. I asked to see the room to find out the elevator was broken!!! As I walked up the stairs thinking how I contacted this room the past 3 days in a row to confirm it could sleep 6 people and a newborn not one employee offered up this broken elevator issue. We never stayed the night as our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service.

Usalo solo en caso de necesidad Elegimos este hotel por su cercania al aeropuerto y por qie los precios en otros hoteles eran muy sltos por la alta demanda en verano. El elevador muy viejo, tarda mucho tiempo para abrir una vez que llega al lobby, cuando vas a las habitaciones, en los padillos se perciben diferentes olores, algunos no muy agradables, se anuncia con desayuno incluido, te ofrecen cafe, te o brownies

The grounds are okay and the lobby was clean. The room was very dirty and the bathroom had a lot of mold. The carpet was nasty. We would have/should have left, but we’re exhausted after an 8.5+ hour drive.

Front desk person was very nice. The room was dirty, woman hair or dogshair all over the carpet, and the kitchen floor was filthy...
