Upon arrival the outside pool was very dirty. Before I got into the building my rental car was hit with a rock by a bunch of unsupervised young adults. I walked into the "motel" and met a weird smell at the door. I asked to see the room to find out the elevator was broken!!! As I walked up the stairs thinking how I contacted this room the past 3 days in a row to confirm it could sleep 6 people and a newborn not one employee offered up this broken elevator issue. We never stayed the night as our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service.

Usalo solo en caso de necesidad Elegimos este hotel por su cercania al aeropuerto y por qie los precios en otros hoteles eran muy sltos por la alta demanda en verano. El elevador muy viejo, tarda mucho tiempo para abrir una vez que llega al lobby, cuando vas a las habitaciones, en los padillos se perciben diferentes olores, algunos no muy agradables, se anuncia con desayuno incluido, te ofrecen cafe, te o brownies

The grounds are okay and the lobby was clean. The room was very dirty and the bathroom had a lot of mold. The carpet was nasty. We would have/should have left, but we’re exhausted after an 8.5+ hour drive.

Front desk person was very nice. The room was dirty, woman hair or dogshair all over the carpet, and the kitchen floor was filthy...

Our first impression was the strong smell of food in the hallway, As soon as we enter the room we notice a smelled like someone recently smoked there; we called front desk and let them know about the problem, the lady gladly offer us to spray the room with "Febreze", I immediately told her that was not a solution and I asked her for another room. Just don’t Rooms were dirty blood on the comforters a smell we kept trying to fabreeze away

Dingy There was a funky odor throughout the hotel. Service was hit and miss. It wasn’t the cleanest, just overall dingy.
