Bad vacation One of the AC units didn’t work,dirty carpet hall way smell like cigarettes,no housekeeping

Needs a lot of repair This place needs updated. Very few outlets, the bathroom outlet (for hair dryer, etc) didn't work, phone didn't work, there were no pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa. TV screen was small and distorted. On the up side, the room was spacious and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. But I would not stay here again.

Cutting corners Our room, for 5 days and 5 people included.... kitchen but no dishes, one disposable cup, .75 oz shampoo, no conditioner, insufficient towels, one single kleenex, pillows and sheets, a blanket with a hole in the middle, access to the sad little pool, and a letter saying no, you don't get a do not disturb sign. Breakfast was a granola bar if the staff bothered to refill the basket. I saw a woman request cooking utensils and receive some pans that would make campsite cooking seem well stocked.

Wouldn’t spend a dime to stay there This Hotel is the biggest joke ever ! Trash and very dirty elevator. Joselyn at the front desk the night we checked in was very friendly and nice. But the next day when I went down stairs to get their free breakfast the staff was in the back office having a great time socializing. While their “free breakfast had three instant oatmeal’s left , two muffins and was put out when I asked if that was all they had left. I don’t even want to talk about the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE My husband and I have stayed at this hotel previously and it was horrible. I made the mistake of accidentally booking the same hotel for this trip and it was NASTY. The headboard in our room had lubricated handprints on them (if you know what I mean), it stunk, and the carpet was horrible. Never in my life will I stay at an Extended Stay because I don’t want to make the mistake of staying at this hotel again.
