Well I was almost robbed at gun point after I got a random knock on the door. The entire staff was useless

Really run down The hotel has terrible beds and the breakfast they offer was a joke will never stay here again

Room was dirty, air conditioner didn't work, toilet over flooded, halls and elevator was dirty, I will never go back

Won’t stay here again. The shower and bathroom sink were not clean. The bathroom sink faucet leaks so the water keeps dripping. The heating unit knob is either loose or broken. I wanted to have heat on but kept getting the cold air. After a few minutes, I got it to provide heat. The elevator was dirty. The lobby smelled really bad from people smoking from outside. It seems to linger. I was not impressed at this location.

Beware dirty beds just a dirty place The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned..there was all kinds of dirt on the floor in the bedroom area..blood on a comforter and black curly hairs on the sheets like they had not been washed but like the bed had just been remade after the last traveler.

Bed bugs hotel, don't stay here They didn't have a room for me. So I got "upgraded" to the bed bugs suit

I will know better next time. I did read the reviews. I chose to think that they were exaggerating on the reviews. I took my chances. I've verified everything before I even went. I was told that I would have a complete kitchen including dishes, cups, pots, etc. But there was nothing In the room when we got there. We had to wait for things to be washed and did not have anything brought to our room until hours later. Upon check-in, would be another 15 minutes until her room is ready. Not worth the cost Staff was helpful most of the time, when you could find them. This facility does not include housekeeping services for stays less than 6 days unless you pay an extra $10/day over the Hotels.com price, and they don't tell you that in advance. We found out when our room was not cleaned on day 1 of our stay. You bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they'll swap you for clean towels, if they have any available.
