GROSS! BUYER BEWARE!!! It's was one of the grosses hotels I have ever stayed at. I felt like I was in a third world country. The pictures on the web look nothing like the rooms. Old run down and super dirty. The office chairs looked like they had never been cleaned, the bathroom smelled of urin. We had no hangers no ironing board, no coffee pot No cups. No thank you! Entire hotel smelled like weed, the room was rough, tile was dirty and burns in the carpet. Pool area was filthy. "Breakfast" was a joke...empty pot of coffee and an oatmeal packet was all that was provided. Staff was pretty nice, but will not be staying there again.

This place needs a lot of help. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in and at least 10 minutes for someone to check me out. They do not keep the front desk staffed. The rooms window was open when I walked in and it smelled like smoke. There was no screen on the window. They did not provide a coffee pot, hairdryer, mattress pad, or dishes. Dirty disgusting hotel We walked into the front area which was fine no staff person to greet us. We got checked in and went up to our room only one light worked there were broken light bulbs and glass everywhere along with roaches climbing the walls and floors. This hotel shouldn't ever have there doors open let alone have people staying there. Not to mention the door didn't lock not only to the room but to the building there is no feeling safe in a place like that.

Mistake Good lesson to check reviews before booking a hotel. This was one of the worst chain hotels we experienced. This was by no means a cheap room, with an above-average rate through orbitz. At check-in, my wife got hit on by a drunk customer. The elevator up already smelled bad, which should have been a sign. The large double room we got was freezing cold when we entered and smelled awful. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, with pubic hair still present in the shower. Dirty! The hotel room was so dirty that we had to fight to get our money back and go to another hotel.

Not kid friendly Hotel front desk worker was not nice. I feel she didn't want my kids there. We walked into the outdoor pool with my tiny dog for a couple minutes and she closed the pool down for the rest of our stay. Which made a long week with four kids. Also our TV didn't work the time. Another reason it was a long stay with four kids. The hotel was in a great location and big enough. However the one staff made the whole stay unpleasant.

NASTY ROOMS & STAFF/ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Expedia cancelled my reservation at a different hotel a couple hours before check-in and gave me this NASTY hotel. Room was FILTHY- Mold in the shower, ceiling fan in bathroom FULL of dirt, stove fan/light not covered, floor not clean. Asked for different room - Manager said there was nothing wrong with the room and they had no other rooms available. This place is trashed. Issues: 1. My room did not have smoke detectors. They were pulled right out of the celing. 2. Even though it is a no smoking facility there are cigarette butts in the gravel and mulch that are rather old. It looks like an ashtray. 3. There was garbage under the stairs that was there for the week I was there. 4. The elevator control panel was being held up by tape and there was beer cans in there for several days. 5.
