Will be requesting partial refund This hotel should NOT be booking rooms. Check-in:was not told that there was no access through the back closer to the elevator (could see elevators from the front desk), so after driving around and parking, unloading luggage, we found out there was no access, so re-loaded drove around to the front and unloaded again. Horrible in Colorado We were only able to stay for a few hours before our flight. I’m so glad our stay was short. The carpet at our entry way had stuff all in the floor. When we entered there was a weird, nasty smell. The leather on the sitting chair was cracked, it looked as though someone spilled something down the side of the couch. The paint on the bathroom door was pealing, there was what looked to be dry wall patched near the shower curtain. We were afraid to put anything down because of how dirty everything was. We showed up at 5 PM to check in. The room was filthy. Beds were still dirty from the previous people. Garbage under the beds. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!!! They had no clean rooms so we had to find a different hotel!! The maids argued with the front desk clerk about having to do their jobs and go clean a room. Worst hotel ever!!!

Very noisy and dirty room

They cancelled my reservation without notice as I went to check in at 11 pm. Overbooked I was told with a snarky little attitude not caring by the clerk The property looked shady. Run down. Construction paper on floor. It was a blessing. I booked close by at Fairfield Marriott so much better Do not stay at this location. Lots of homeless too

Well where to begin, you pull up and right away there are 2 parking spots reserved for the police. You walk in and the first thing that I seen was a police substation right across from the reception area. I prepaid for my room and upon check-in was told they didn't have my reservation and she couldn't find my name. Showed her my information, she found me but then couldn't determine what room number I had been assigned to. She had to call someone else and they facetimed to help her get me checked in.
