Not what we were expecting. Hotel is in disarray like bedsheets that seemed dingy and no shower curtain. Air wouldn’t blow cool consistently throughout the night so one minute freezing and next minute hot and sweaty. Would definitely not stay here again.

Horrible place

The staff was ok, but I paid on Expedia, and was charged again when I arrived at the property paying almost $300 for the room. The sinks did not drain, the a/c did not turn on, the windows don’t open fatter than a couple inches, and the screens are missing. Terrible smoke odor. Tv also didn’t work.

No maintenance. Tv broken. Bathroom door broken . Room dirty. Fire exit stairs doors held open in code violation

I booked 2 bed because we are 2, When i arrived they me sorry we are over booked And they give me a room with couth so one sleep on it, when we got it it was single laklayner

Well i came to denver for family vacations i get to hotel and check in room was not clean at all Is pack of cigarettes siting in room Headboard was super Disgusting as well as the shower. Was not happy about this trip at all check out 15 minutes after get in the room and looking aournd will not be booking again.
