Absolutely the worst hotel!!! It was horrible. The room was so tacky and not maintained. For the first time in my life I actually had to think about when I last had a tetanus shot to determine if it was safe to use the tub or shower. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. Then a fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning and went on until I checked out giving me an extreme migraine which I am still trying to get over. Cold and gross Heater was broken in room, on a -5 degree night. Room was cold all night. After a long 16 hour work day I didn’t have the energy to deal with the staff for a different room so I just slept with my hoodie on. Room was “clean” but felt dirty. Hardened makeup and nail polish was stuck on the desk in the room, and an unknown substance was adhered to the bathroom counter.

When we arrived to the hotel I had the reservation at, they told me they had no rooms available. So we were sent to the other extended stay across the street. When we got there, they gave us a room and none of the keys worked so we had to go back to the office to get a new room. Then they gave us a room with 1 bed even though they knew we had 4 people. At that point we didn’t ask for a new room because of the hassle so I ended up sleeping on the floor. The room itself was not very clean either and had missing doors on cabine... read more

Awful worst place to stay. Never again would I come back. Cockroaches, clogged sink and tubs, loud guest and alarms going off all night. I left the next day.

I should have believed the online reviews. The police substation in the lobby should have been the first clue. Prepaid everything at check-in. Then saw the room. Then walked away. Did not try to get money back. Orbitz should not even really be recommending this property.

Did not allow Ed to check in before 3pm …. Then we came back at 3pm and room was not ready…. We had to wait like another hour before we got the room…. Other guests also waiting for a room because rooms were not ready…. The TV in the room was not working…
