I give a 0 Front morning staff was very rude. Was not told when check in was, I was not greeted anytime I would check to see if room was ready I was left talking to myself. I was told type of room that was reserved was available but when shift change at 3 new staff told me that the room with 2 beds would not be available until next day. I liked the location.I did not like that housekeeping sucked at cleaning the room prior to us arriving.But I went and got my own supplies and did a deep clean.

Rodents It’s started off okay then the next morning we realize something was eat are snacks on the table at night. Then after come back from working 12 shift we sat down to relax and saw a mice run Across the floor into the bathroom. Extended Stay Aurora North was horrible. After waiting an hour to even use a bathroom while waiting to check in, we were told that there were no rooms. Our reservation had been made a month earlier and was for a family of 5, and after an 8 hour drive through a snow storm, we were simply told that there was no room for us. Room is not like the picture when getting reservation, having to take own trash or $25 dollar charge

As soon as I arrived the place was very dirty, room was dirty, walls, shower, toilet, sink, smelled bad like cigarette or marijuana it was very disgusting and disappointing being there with my 14 year old son. Felt unsafe lots of people smoking and standing around staring by the main entrance. I did not feel safe when entering and leaving the hotel. Will never go back!

Cancel Reservation without notice. Had a 5 hour flight which had turned to a 7 hour flight with the delays. Drove an hour to get to the hotel which I had a reservation for just so the clerk could tell me that they had cancel my reservation because they had over booked. She try to redirect me to the Ramada so where bear by. I will never book with this hotel again. My grand baby was having surgery the next morning and I was up trying to find a hotel but luckily I end up getting a room not to far from the hospital.

The place stunk of cigarette smoke even tbough its advertised as no smoking. The microwave was full of mold!. The grab n go food was very limited (muffins & oatmeal). There seemed to be a lot of people just walking around the property....don't think they were guests.
