Disgusting hotel Overall the stay was terrible not to mention that I actually left two days prior because I couldn’t bear the fact that this hotel is disgusting. Literally there were cockroaches in the bathroom the walls were dirty the furniture look like it was bitten from termites it was just really bad. They were very unprofessional. The desk clerk wrote room numbers on his hand to check to see if the rooms were available. Didn’t seem to care I had reservations when said oh we over booked I don’t have rooms for you.

Awful hotel It was terrible!! Had to wait at least 15 minutes to be checked in. The place was horrible, and the door to the side of the building was not secure, anyone could just walk in 😡. For the price we had to pay was a joke. A refund would be much appreciated because it was so unsafe that we left and had to pay for a secure hotel. Also dogs were barking continuously in the rooms around ours!!!

Worst hotel ever It was the worst stay ever in my life. Never saw an Extended Stay of America this dirty and sticky. We felt so unsafe that couldn’t sleep that night. We had booked the deluxe suit. Carpet had stains all over. Bathroom door was not closing. Bathroom had cockroaches. Will never choose Extended stay ever again.

Sticky hotel We call it the sticky hotel. Our shoes stuck to the kitchen and bathroom floor. The beds and the bathroom were clean, but it smelled funny and everything else was tired. There was even trash and a cherry pit in the elevator. Our reservation said breakfast for three, but we couldn't find a breakfast room, and when we asked the front desk, he pulled out a tray with our choice of a packaged muffin.
