DO NOT STAY HERE First room we killed 3 roaches (and when we were moving to another room ANOTHER BIG ROACH came out and we could catch it cause it ran in a hole on cabinet), carpet FILTHY and shower curtain was awful with stains and the room smelled so bad. So they moved us to another room and the TV remote did not work. We could not get the shower on and they sent the maintenance man up there and he said that he could not fix it either. The place was not clean the sofa bed matters, was every dirty please if you get a chance to see it, look under the matters it was so filthy i don't think i will came back again

Staff seemed nice, but the rest of the stay… We checked in at 1030pm. The room was not ready when we got there: beds not made, no towels, not vacuumed, dirty fridge. COCKROACHES. We had to take our own trash out. Breakfast was coffee and a packet of instant oatmeal. The pool was closed the entire time. The woman checking us in was friendly, but I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

Doors inbathroom had been kicked in. There is a police sub station located in the lobby. No ice machine. All very dirty

Terrible Front Desk staff The Check in process was terrible , the front desk woman Ashley was busy on a personal call, laughing and talking very loud about her family issues with a friend that night, she didn't care we were several guest waiting to get their rooms, very rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. i wont back to this hotel.
