The hotel smelled like smoke upon arrival. The room was disgusting. There was food and a chewed piece of gum on the couch. Overall, just a terrible experience. Not what you want to walk into when you’ve paid $100 for the night.

i have never been to a place where i had to take my trash out or swap towels out house keeping always did it even during covid and nowhere was it posted that it was expected of us to do it ourselves the remotes for the tvs needed batteries we had 2 rooms one was worse than the other

I have very low hotel standards and this didn’t even meet those. We were here for 4 nights (all other hotels were full) and two of our people never got pillows and slept on folded towels. One of the two burners in our kitchenette was broken, the bathroom door barely stayed closed and didn’t lock, no grab and go breakfast, pool had no water, smelled like marijuana, no DVD player (a stated amenity on Expedia), hot water was tepid and ran out, ice trays were dirty, I never saw a maid, and our 6 person room started with 2 towels... read more

Cleanliness There were roaches in my room. There was old socks and water bottles under the bed. They did not have any dishes or silverware and no paper to substitute. They were very friendly but it was an experience.

The lobby was filthy. The desk people were nice but moved very slow. There was tons of toilet paper and a large poop in the toilet of my room! And it had been there for a while. I immediately went back to desk to report it and ask for a refund so I could leave. The staff apologized profusely and gave me the managers number and assured me the manager would call but never did.
