Awful place to stay This room was not what was advertised. For an extended stay hotel they did not have any of the amenities that they were stating they had. Nothing in the kitchen, not even a coffee pot or coffee. There wasn’t even a tray in the microwave. When the staff was asked they just stated they didn’t have any. Very disappointed in this place

Just awful not as advertised This hotel doesn’t have ANY of the amenities that were advertised. No coffee pot no coffee no dishes glassware coffee cups or event plastic ware to use. You get a bed and tv. Nothing else. I’m very disappointed with the hotel. I would not recommend to anyone. I can’t believe it has a 3 1/2 star rating.

Nothing in the "kitchen", no plates, cups, pan, nothing. Not even a dining chair at the table. One stuffed chair to watch tv from, complete with a fist sized hole in the arm. But no side table for putting your drinks on. A serving of fries in the stairwell for three days, never moved or picked up by the staff. Bleach smells throughout the halls. And to top it off we had to deal with unplowed sidewalks and parking lots after a freak spring snowstorm.

I’m still waiting on my refund from Expedia.com. All in all the staff did their best location is also just terrible.

Unsatisfactory Folks there were rude, told me I didn't have a room, I had to call corporate, when I called corporate then they told me a room just became available, even though I had set one up online and paid for it. And when they could be found they were out back smoking cigarettes
