Nothing like advertised on line. Do not book here! Service was awful the guy at the front desk told us house keeping hadn’t cleaned in two days and that our room was semi clean we and he didn’t even knock off money for a nights stay. We got into our room we had to find a Walmart to get cleaning supplies so we cld clean our room and bathroom we asked for towels and sheets and then had the nerve to ask for the old ones.. I am disabled Veteran and i paid for and Orbitz confirmed my room. It was supposed to be a Accessible Room. They didnt have any Accessible Rooms available. It was dirty and the bathroom door was falling off its hinges... Was afraid to use it.

The very few things I liked was the size of the room in a king suite, pet friendly as I have a service dog & no deposit required. The things I didn't like are: the needle I found behind the bedroom door, the dirty floors not swept or mopped, the filthy dirty colored on couch, the room phone didn't work, the toilet was clogged & my friend had to go get a plunger to fix it bcuz staff did not. Reina on my parade I checked in on Thursday Oct 29 in room 154, the double deluxe suite, I used hotels.com for booking. I enjoyed my stay so much I decided to extend through Sunday night, checkout was to be Monday , November 2nd. On Monday, I had to leave early for a meeting.
