BED BUGS! It looked nice and decent at first, our first 4 nights there were fine. Then we got a different room here after learning our new apartment was still not ready and a hotel was still needed. Check in went fine, got into the room and started getting settled into bed around 1030, it was me, my 1 yr old and my service dog, Cleo. They customer service sucks I have been staying with them for 3 weeks and with the Corona virus work is slow I was late 2 hours paying the way they treated me was terrible

Didn't like the smell of cigarettes and the walls and floors were dirty

Dirty! Front desk staff was helpful, but building was disgusting! Hallways had garbage and gum in the carpet, elevator and stairways look like theyve never been cleaned, garbage and tissues on the side of the bed and behind the bedside tables, broken drawers on tv stand and in kitchenette. Cleaning staff is clearly not doing their job and are not being given the supplies to do it correctly.

I liked nothing. I didn’t like the cockroaches I found in my roam, the hair at sinks, the weed smell, the so many doors with no luggage carrier or staff help. The outdated noise AC. The hard mattress, the 2 flat useless pillows. I need a refund
