K The first 2 rooms on my free reward night weren't clean and I had to be switch rooms on two different occasions to he lady working was nice enough and she Change the rooms as I informed her on the issue ..even the last room I was assigned to had trash and what looked like pieces of dog food on the floor around the room with an akwarkd smell and I really did not enjoy my stay at all...I spend a lot of money and time at these motels and for my rewards night witch is supposed to be a thank you for booking with us" thru Hotels... read more

No Help In the event of problems. I tried to redeem a free night booking with Hotels.com 10 nights. My booking was setup for the wrong date. Upon arriving and noticing it was the wrong date, the hotel did nothing and asked me to contact hotels.com for a refund. Hotels.com did nothing to refund the rewards night I earned even though it was confirmed I didnt do my booking. Let's start with when I walked the entire first floor smelled like marijuana. Normally, not big deal. However. It's a non smoking hotel. The original room I was placed in appeared to have some liquid dripping from the wall above the head board. Eww. Splatter projector indicated it came from the bed. The next one. That the switched me to. Had a quarter size clump of someone's pubic hair in it. In attempts to be comfortable for the night, I tried cleaning the tub myself. OK- could be better The service was great, and they found a lost sweater and returned it to me, but it lacked cleanliness.
