This hotel says they have a kitchenette but no utensils are offered because supposedly "they take them to sanitize" until you ask for them and they're old and dirty. The bathroom is moldy, refrigerator is horrible with hair ( i have pictures if someone wants them), rust and dirt if you want to call it that way. I have pictures of the mattress for the sofa bed that was in the Room which I never slept on Because I was afraid something was gonna bite me. Terrible One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. For example: urine stained sheets, ridiculously disgusting bathroom, garbage water tracked throughout the hallways, zero dishware availability, and mysteriously having things come up missing after 'housecleaning'. The front desk staff was pleasant enough, but the actual amenities and cleanliness were absolutely atrocious. I typically don't write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this terrible experience with anyone who is considering staying here. Yikes.

After trying two different rooms we cancelled and went to another hotel. First room smelled, both of the beds were made but when pulled back blankets there was food and hair in the sheets. The moved us to a second room, it smelled of animal urine and both beds again had food crumbs in them. Hallway had food on the floor. Gentleman at the front desk was understanding and quickly refunded our money.

Never again Belongings from last person were left in the room under sink. Found bits of cat food in various places on the floor and sofa. Shower dirty and the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Sofa bed was not made and had springs nearly coming out. Went to get linens to make the bed and they seemed like I was really asking a lot. “Breakfast” was granola bars. No daily housekeeping. Overall just really grungy.
