One of the most poorly cleaned hotels I've stayed at. Room amenities also lacking or half-broken. Weird lack of outlets in the room.

No coffee in room or available downstairs. Hotel smelled and common areas were dirty. Positive was the bed was comfortable.

After many phone calls with both Expedia customer service and property personnel, my paid reservation was never located by the property and they charged me the walk-in price; even though i had already prepaid online before arriving. Terrible.

Would not recommend Terrible parking due to the lot being overrun by semi trucks, rude service by the checkout manager, unhygienic practices during a pandemic by the HVAC repairmen, nightly fire alarms around midnight, and an awful smell from the entire building.
