We left after getting in our room. Horrible smell. Toilet clogged. No staff to address issues.

Disappointed The two women who were working when we arrived weren't very pleasant but the one who checked us in I think was more overwhelmed because there wasn't enough help. The other woman yelled at two teenage boys who were staying at the hotel that they had to get out of the lobby, either outside or to their room. While we were still getting checked in, a man came behind us told that woman that his room had not been cleaned and she looked surprised like she didn't believe him and then said there weren't any more rooms. The Afghanistans have this place stinking. They are rude and nasty. The spit on the floors and park bikes in the hallway. They don't get out of the way. Sleep under a bridge before staying here

Liked the room, once got it. Didn't like the problems that occurred while staying there, 1. Tried to charge again, on two different occasions, 2. Give a key to room already occupied, & never offered to compensate for an employee error.

Staff was amazing but halls was filled with drug using smells. Made us sick just walking thru them, was so bad fire alarm went off with police saying every weekend they are there due to weed usage. Not a pleasant visit, will not book again.

Staff was friendly at check in, after we walked by smokers to get to front door. Key card didn't work, so back to front desk. Remote control didn't work, so back to front desk again for new batteries which didn't help. The room was clean but smelled awful - like a greasy restaurant. Weather was nice enough we could open window to help with the smell, but the Interstate traffic noise made sleeping a challenge. Just packed bags to leave in the morning and the fire alarm went off. The Afghanistan refugees staying at this hotel are rude, nasty, unclean and disrespectful. They have the hotel stinking. They would not move out of my wifes way. They spit on the hallway and elevator floors. I didn't have as much as one pot in the kitchen. Sleep under a bridge before staying here. Oh and the smell was so bad i had to wash my clean clothes from my hanging bag.

Sadly, this property is suffering from insufficient staffing to provide the basic expectations. When we arrived, they had our paid reservation, but had no rooms available. When I was asked to pay for an upgrade, I refused. I was upgraded after the desk person walked to a room to see if it was available. We arrived to a decently clean room that was unbearably hot with heat blowing. Struggled to open windows (it was below freezing outside) and turned on A/C to cool it down.
