They had baby roaches and no breakfast. The coffee was terrible and the muffins were stale.

It didn’t feel clean. The carpet was so bad I didn’t feel I could walk around without my shoes in and I overall felt like it was a roadside motel that I didn’t really want to stay in.

Not impressed with this Extended stay. The staff was nice enough however the hotel was run down, air conditioner was broken and it was very apparent that the hotel has not been well maintained.

BUYER BE AWARE If you like only getting room service every 7 days this is the place for you. No towels or bedding for 7 days. They do have a laundry on site so you can wash you towels and bedding, and oh dont forget to take out your trash every day or you might have ants or worse in you room. They only have so many coffee pots, which we weren't fast enough to grab one either, we did get dishes but they where out of pots and pans, What a joke this place is. Yuck. Up charged because they said reservation had been cancelled. Required to leave early. Bummer all the way around.

Parking was terrible, elevator was dirty and when I got to 3rd to go to my room there people sitting on floor in hall and other side down the hall were a group of men that would loud and swearing. I took all of my belongs back to my car and left. I did not feel like it was an environment that I wanted my granddaughter and I to stay. I wished I hadn't prepaid. That was a waste of almost $100.

The breakfast was basically coffee and a muffin, not a what was advertised. I would never stay there again.

We had stayed here before albeit a few years ago and found it to be adequate for our needs. This stay was much different in that our room was not clean at all. The only surface we did not find hair or general grime on was the bed. As it was we asked the front desk for a bottle of spray cleaner so we could clean the bathroom and kitchen area. The staff did offer a different room but we declined assuming that the same crew "cleaned" all the rooms.
