The young lady at reception is truly a wonder giving assistance to several guests at the same time making phone calls for guests helping clients on the computer, answering questions about where places are and how to get there.

Skip this one . No hair dryer, no lotion, minimal breakfast; only muffins and snack bars. Nice staff but lousy property

First room had a urine like odor. Manager was great and moved us to an upgraded room but it also had an odor and night stand next to bed and headboard had something smeared all over them. No pool, no gym, not a lot around hotel, very noisy, and fire alarm went off around 6AM. Location was ok for our business in Des Moines.

BEDBUGS One word: BEDBUGS! I have left a review at Extended Stay and will be contacting the location. Everything else about the stay was fine. If the location didn't have bedbugs I would have given a really good review.

Disgusting The room had ants crawling all over the kitchen area and the faucet in the kitchen leaked. The bathroom toilet had to be opened after each use to flush. Was not given any discount for the amenities not working and wasnt until following day that we were given another room.

When I first arrived it took a while for someone to get to the desk. Then the employee informed us breakfast went till 11am. The next morning nothin was out and the employee said it went till 9:30. The room had no paper towels or anything to use to put anything on in the microwave. Also upon checking out I waited 15 min for someone to come to the desk before I picked up the phone and called. I was then late for my meeting. On top of this the room was freezing the heater didn’t work and I developed some bite/rash the next day... read more

Not very impressed Reserved a room since my daughter had regionals for volleyball my husband stopped in since they arrived before check in and told them that they wouldn’t be coming back to check in the room until after the matches which was going to be late. When they got back to the hotel they no longer had a room available for them. They were nice enough to get them another room at a sister hotel but the whole point of reserving a room with them was it was a lot closer to the location of regionals
