Hotel smells bad all around. Hotel had a terrible smell all around. It smells like a powerful chemical. It could have been disinfectant or another chemical. We had to open the windows which were dirty by the way. Elevator was dirty on the floor and finger marks all over the elevator walls. Bathroom not so bad. Cramped bedroom. Very dissapointed

Awful place ....1 night was 1 too many!😝☹️ I would give this dump 0 stars for I could. It was not possible for me to stay there and checked out after the first night,which I forced myself to stay. The room was nasty w mold. My nose and throats burned . I checked out asap and spent the remainder of my stay in Des Moines in another clean hotel for the same cost I wasted at this awful place.

Hotel needs to update services We were disappointed with no available ice had to go across busy highway to get 5 lb bag of ice. No hairdryer in room had to get from front desk. No lobby, pool or continental breakfast.

Iowa State Fair Weekend I was really surprised at how dirty and unorganized the hotel and room were. These are supposed to be suites with everything in the bathroom and kitchenette you would need. There was NOTHING in the kitchenette except for a coffee pot - but no filters, no coffee. There also was not a blow dryer in the bathroom (standard in all hotels). Bugs, bugs and Rude staff! 1. Molded food in the refrigerator! 2. Bugs and more bugs in kitchenette counter. 3. Staff started yelling at us when we went to the front desk to leave and ask for our refund! We guess they thought we should sleep wth the bugs!!

needs management! Room key didn't work, no apology. Had to wait for a new key while the front desk gal was discussing work schedules on the phone with her boss -with a phone ringing and 2 people waiting to check in. Finally got into our room, ignored the fact the carpet had crumbs on it and a pop top from a previous customer, crawled into bed to find out it was an uncleaned bed with a stain under my pillow and 3 strands of hair under the 2nd pillow. The stuff was mean and room stink!! Also they only clean every 7 days

DO NOT STAY HERE People partying outside of our room all night with a baby screaming. Not sure if they rent rooms by the hour but I am pretty sure there were plenty of "ladies of the evening" coming in and out.
