You get what you paid for. Checked in late at night. I was greeted promptly. Went to room. The room smelled of cigarettes. The room was a no-smoking room! Too tired to complain. Washed up. Went to bed. Woke up with a sore throat from inhaling the cigarette smell. Went down to complain and to change room. The place was completely filled. 1 room checking out, but not available until later. Packed up all our stuff. put them in our car. Came back that evening, and went to the new room. 100% better. Staff not welcoming/friendly or social Did not get the room I expected (was supposed to get a studio double -two double beds—-did not get that. Room 341 had one double bed. Was not offered any other room or bed accommodations at check in. Was not asked how my stay was at check out either. Sink water drained slow and the shower was so full of water, my ankles were bathing. Overall, disappointed in service and stay. Limited options due to home night football game in Ann Arbor. I would expect a refund of some sort for the room ... read more

Night shift staff ignored repeated calls I made to be let in upon my initial arrival. When I finally got let in by another guest, the staff was rude. Found trash under my bed—vibrator packaging and an empty marijuana container. Common spaces were FREEZING because AC was cranked up so high. Overall, the room was dingy & needed an upgrade.

No king given a queen for the price of a queen!@ Room that was reserved 3 days before arrival. When got yo hotel got told didnt have the type of room that we reserved. Gave us a smaller room but changed us the king room price.
