Went to booked hotel. Said they were overbooked and sent us to their sister property about 5 miles away (not a big deal). Service at first hotel was horrible. Drove to sister property, service was equally as bad but clerk was new so cut her some slack. The first hotel transferred our reservation in a way that the second hotel could not find the original reservation. Told us they could give us a room but at a much higher price than I had reserved. And they didn't have any record of our original reservation with the price list... read more

Reserved a room on 6/30/21 with 2 full beds. Arrived on 9/3/21 and was told the last room with 2 beds was given away a week ago. What’s the point of making a reservation??? We were given a room with 1 queen bed for 4 people. No choice but to take it since it was U of M football home opener & Labor Day weekend. Horrible place.

Terrible . I booked 6 weeks in advance and they emailed cancelling my booking the day before we arrive in Michigan. And this is a very busy week— move in week for college. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. From hallways full of trash for entire days, the stairwells full of trash and smelling bad, my room wasn’t ready until after 4pm, there are people living in their cars in the hotel parking lot. Do not stay here.

Okay for price I guess Theres no coffee makers available in the rooms. We reserved a double bed and received one very small queen. Staff said rollaway would be $15 per night, and that we were welcome to "upgrade" to a double bed for $22. Check in was great. Staff qas nice then. Other staff not so much. Do NOT bring cash. They dont accept it. Probably wont stay there again.

This place need some TLC! First off I had a very established Wasp nest in my window of the room. Lady at the front desk didn’t really seem to care either when I bought it to her attention. The room did not have a clean feel at all. The carpet looks like it’s from the 90s, very dingy and peeling up in some parts. All the pathways around the property where are you walk on is covered with bark from the planters. Had to thoroughly wipe down the bell carts as it had stuff all over the handles and looks like it doesn’t get cleaned... read more
